Chef Denny started cooking
in his father's diner in Newark,
New Jersey when he was 15
years old. He also served 4 years enlisted in the Navy. He had the job of
cooking - of course.
Chef Denny attended and
graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, Inc. in New Haven Connecticut.
The institute is now located in Hyde
Park, New York.
Chef Denny owned two restaurants in Orange County,
New York and then moved to Virginia Beach,
working for hotels, restaurants and clubs throughout the Hampton Roads Area
since 1982. Cypress Point Country Club has had the honor of having Chef
Denny in our kitchen for over two years.
